I review your photos, research recent sales, and send you a fair valuation, usually within 24 hours. No pressure to sell.
Phase 03
Secure Payout
Meet in Southeast Houston (or I travel), hand off the card, and walk away with cash in hand.
All appraisals and offers are estimated and pending physical inspection.
