Pokémon TCG: XY—Evolutions (Japanese: コンセプトパック ポケットモンスターカードゲーム 拡張パック 20th Anniversary Concept Pack Pokémon Card Game Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary ) is the name given to the twelfth and final main expansion of cards from the XY Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game . It was released as the sixth subset from the XY BREAK Era of the Pokémon Card Game in Japan. The set continues to feature Pokémon-EX, M Pokémon-EX , and Pokémon BREAK in the card game.
